All orders that are accepted by Netfurniture are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.
Please inquire about commercial use of our products as most of our products are recommended for domestic use unless stated
The Company makes every effort to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and reliable, the company however makes no warranties concerning the accuracy or reliability of this information.
Some items may not be available for immediate dispatch and there may be a waiting period of several weeks. In such circumstances we will inform the customer in person or by e-mail. Netfurniture will keep the customer informed about the status of their order, if delays are expected.
PRICES
To assist in prompt dispatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be made securely online or by fax, telephone, post or via the order form on this website.Â
All items are subject to availability, an equivalent alternative maybe sent with the customers consent
DELIVERY
Please note that delivery costs may depend on destination and order size. We reserve the right to amend postage costs. If we do this we will contact the customer to inform them before the goods are dispatched
REFUNDS and RETURNS
Customers have the unconditional right to cancel their orders within 14 working days of receiving their goods. The customer should take reasonable care of the goods whilst in possession of them.
If a customer does not like the product we will take it back and offer a refund or offer an alternative as long as it is returned in it’s original packaging unused and not assembled. The customer is responsible for the full return carriage costs. The refund will be made within 30 days of this cancellation.
If a good is received faulty and needs to be returned then you must inform us within 3 days of delivery. If more than 3 days have elapsed we will use our discretion as to whether to replace a faulty item. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.Â
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.Â
Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
Please note that we offer a no returns policy on trade orders unless faulty
Please note if a customer orders the wrong size of furniture we will replace the item or offer a refund but we may charge a 10% restocking fee + delivery costs. Please measure up your furniture requirements before ordering. Our sales staff will be happy to assist you
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by credit or debit card, cheque, fax, by phone, post or via the web site. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery.
We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented.
All credit card transactions will be subject to authenticity by the Modulus 10 check Algorithm system. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
PRIVACY POLICY
Please note we will replace or refund for any faulty goods but we will in no way undertake any responsibility for any injuries loss or damage caused be it physically or financial damage caused in whatever way from the goods we have sold
